An illustrative scenario of how we would work.
The challenge
Suppose a chain of sports centres where members book by phone, at the front desk or through a different system at each centre. Some classes fill up with members who then don’t turn up, and management has no combined view of attendance.
The solution
We would propose an iOS and Android app, built from a single codebase, where members can see timetables for every centre, book classes or courts, join the waiting list and cancel with one tap. They would get reminders and an alert when a place becomes free.
Staff at each centre would have a web dashboard to manage timetables, capacity and attendance, and management would see occupancy across the whole chain. If there is already a membership management system, we would connect the app to it rather than duplicating data.
We would start with a first version at one centre, test it with real members and then roll it out to the rest.

The result
Members should be able to book in a few seconds from their phone, and centres should fill their classes better thanks to the waiting list and reminders. Management would have occupancy data it can compare across centres.
