This legal notice sets out the terms for accessing and using the website https://brains-dev.com/ (the “site”).

Site owner

The site belongs to DIGITALBRAINS MARKETING LLC, a United States company that trades under the Brains brand.

Purpose of the site

The site presents the services of Brains (digital marketing, artificial intelligence, app development and web development), some of our projects and articles, and lets you request a proposal through the contact form. The information published is for guidance only and is not a binding offer: every engagement is set out in a written proposal and agreement.

Terms of use

Using the site is free and needs no registration. By browsing it you agree to use it in good faith, lawfully and in line with this notice. In particular, you may not:

  • introduce malicious software or try to access restricted areas, such as the admin panel, which is reserved for the Brains team;
  • send false information through the form, other people’s details without their permission, or unlawful content;
  • use the site or its contact addresses to send unsolicited advertising;

Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, logos, design and code of the site belong to DIGITALBRAINS MARKETING LLC or are used with their owners’ permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or publicly share them without our written consent, except for private use or short quotations that credit the source. Third-party names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

You are welcome to link to any page of the site, as long as you do not suggest a relationship with Brains that does not exist.
